"Davy Jones Locker" (DJL) is a BSAC Centre of Excellence, Technical and Seamanship Centre. The Centre is British-owned and has been operating in the South East Asia regions for many years
Our team of highly experienced international Instructors have been diving as well as working within the diving industry for many years.
Diving experience ranging from 2 up to 19 years. Our team of diving instructors is highly qualified and consists of BSAC Open Water Instructor, Advanced Instructors, plus one National Instructor.
The Dive Centre's emphasis is based on high quality personalized courses; with safety and customer satisfaction being our first priority.
All courses are conducted using small groups; usually 1-1, 1-2 ratios with a maximum of 4 on request.

| Training |
DJL offer mainly BSAC courses, Dive courses range from Ocean Diver (entry level) up to Advanced Diver. Branch referrals are also welcome.
We can complete any branch training modules if required.
In addition to the mainstream BSAC diver programs DJL offer a wide range of SDC's (Skill Development Courses) and Instructor events. We train Instructor from the basic IFC's Instructor Foundation Course up to Advanced Instructor. DJL also specialises in crossover programmes. These courses are aimed at divers or instructors from other agencies who wish to gain BSAC qualifications.
DJL is a BSAC Technical and Seamanship Centre and as such offer most of the relevant courses within these areas. Please check out our Seamanship Package.
Although we are a BSAC facility, our instructors are qualified to teach diving courses offered by other dive agencies such as, PADI and SSI. Please log-on to our website for more details.
BSAC / PADI Internships packages.
For divers who are looking for a carrier within the diving industry DJL run either a BSAC or PADI internship package e.g. Ocean Diver to Instructor. Please check our web site for more details. All students will receive their own personal regulator set and BCD on commencing on the course
For the non-diver we can offer a number of snorkel actives. DJL run all of BSAC snorkel diver programs. On completion of these courses, successful candidates will receive one of the BSAC snorkeling qualification & certificate

| Dive Boats |
DJL has recently taken delivery of their new 6 metre, twin 85 hp engines RIB.
The boat will cater for VIP dive trips, branches groups, Boat Handling courses & Seamanship packages and Tec/wreck expeditions. The boat is fully equipped with GPS, Sonar, and full safety equipment meeting the new SOLAS V specifications.
For day trip divers, we operate a comfortable 18 metre Hard boat which caters for up to 15 divers
DJL together with local Liveaboard operator run regular liveaboard trips both on recreational dives and Tech Expeditions. We also organize wreck and dive trips to other Asian regions Check our website for more details.

| Shore dives |
Most diving in Koh Tao is conducted from boats however, if you prefer shore diving, then this can be done on our house reef or from a number of different locations.

DJL supports our local BSAC branch. Divers who are training with us, has an option to join the branch.
Divers who are enrolling on BSAC courses will receive a 3 months free BSAC membership.
