Sri Lanka
There is some first class diving in Sri Lanka - you just have to know when and where to go. The first thing to remember is that the inshore reefs tend to be a bit on the murky side so head further out for decent visibility and marine life. Great Basses reef off the south east is worth checking out but can only be reached during March and April.
